Privacy policy
This policy explains what Water Damage Hollywood Florida collects when you use this website, call us or ask for an inspection, how we use it and the choices you have.
Last updated November 1, 2026
Information we collect
We only collect what you choose to give us, plus the basic technical details any website receives.
- Inspection requests. When you send the form on our website we receive your first and last name, phone number, email address (if you add it), the address of the property, any details you add such as a unit number, whether water is still flowing or whether this is an insurance claim, your message, and the page you sent it from.
- Phone calls, texts and emails. When you contact us directly we keep your number or email address and what you tell us about the damage.
- Job records. If we work on your property we keep the photos, moisture readings, scopes and invoices that document the job.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider records standard server data such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of the request, to keep the site secure and working.
How we use it
- To call you back, schedule an inspection and send a crew.
- To carry out, document and invoice the work you ask for.
- To prepare the photos, moisture logs and estimates you ask us to share with your insurance company, adjuster, property manager or condo association.
- To keep the website secure, find faults and prevent abuse.
- To meet our legal, tax and licensing obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies and does not currently use an analytics service. Fonts and scripts are served from our own domain. If we add analytics later, we will update this policy before it goes live.
How long we keep it and how we protect it
We keep inspection requests for as long as we need them to respond and follow up, and job records for as long as the law, our licensing rules or a pending insurance claim require. The website is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and access to customer records is limited to the people who need them to do the work.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Call us or use the contact page and we will reply within 30 days.
This website is meant for adults arranging work on a property. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes and contact
If we change this policy we will post the new version here with a new date. Questions about your privacy can go to Water Damage Hollywood Florida, 1950 Grant St, Hollywood, FL 33020, or to the phone number at the top of every page. Our terms and conditions explain the rules for using the website itself.
